“The staff at the residence inn was great! Kaleigh at the front desk was awesome, super helpful and friendly. Great place to stay in Blacksburg. We stayed there with our dog while he was getting treated at Virginia Tech. The staff at the hotel made our difficult trip much more bearable. The room was great, clean, comfortable and plenty of room for us and our pup while he was undergoing treatment. The breakfast was also great.”

“This is our 3rd stay at Residence Inn Blacksburg and it has officially become our go-to location when making the trek from Georgia to Maryland and back. Here's a quick summary of why we love this hotel: -We've always received a warm welcome at check in -The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious -The beds are comfortable -We love being able to unload our cooler into a full sized fridge -They offer a great breakfast with gluten free options (this is rare and SO appreciated!) -There are great options for food, smoothies, and desserts right across the parking lot.”

“I want to start by saying, I am a lifetime titanium member with Marriott. I booked a reservation at the Residence Inn Blacksburg and had to cancel because of flight issues. I called the hotel and the clerk canceled my reservation without penalty. I arrived in Blacksburg the next day after driving from Charlotte, and stopped by the Residence Inn just to hopefully go in the lobby restroom just to freshen up, since I was in town 2 hrs early. I stopped by the front desk and explained to the clerk my situation, and asked if I could just pay a day rate, because I only needed the room for 2hrs to shower and get a quick nap. Kayleigh was the front desk clerk. She ABSOLUTELY MADE MY DAY! She declined any type of payment and offered to allow me in one of the rooms for those 2 hrs. I've stayed at many hotels, and this was by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER RECEIVED! Kayleigh, thank you for being so kind, compassionate, and understanding. You deserve a raise! Or, at least a bonus. Thank you again.”

Bertha was great reserving a 1st floor handicap room with a roll in shower. The room was very nice and clean. Other helpful staff member was Kayleigh. Thank y'all so much.
